The department of Global IT ServiceDesk provides Level 1 support to all internal users and look over the maintenance of TRGs IT infrastructure and telephony systems in line with the IT strategy IT ServiceDesk staff work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing services over phone and through e-mail.

TRG Customer Solutions, a subsidiary of TRG Tech, is looking for an Exchange 2010 Server Administrator. This role will be accountable for both the underlying exchange architecture planning/roadmap, as well as key day to day administration tasks in support of the platform. Using your superior knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Windows load balancing, and the application of an effective client access strategy, you will be responsible for achieving a four 9s rating in terms of uptime and availability for the environment.

1. Experience with major Web-based MVC frameworks as a lead developer/engineer in PHP (Zend Framework will be a plus) 2. In-depth knowledge of Relational Databases (MySQL) with strong understanding of SQL and query optimization 3. Strong understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS & common internet protocols 4. Strong knowledge of JQuery. Knowledge of Prototype will be a plus 5. Experience of working with ORM will be a plus 6. Strong knowledge of Object Orientation 7. Strong Knowledge of Design Patterns 8. Must have solid understanding of and experience of working with complex and large-scale software
